On site everyday, with his trusted trades. His communication was second to none - kept us in the loop as we weren't on living on site. Plenty emails, what's apps and phone calls - talked us through each part of the process, which was very reassuring particularly when your spending large sums of money! There was barely a snag list at the end as he was so thorough but the little things there were got sorted super quick.
